With this deep belief in the power of stories, Jesse has created some inspiring projects in the snowboard, food, documentary, and narrative spaces. In addition to being a partner in the production company as well as starting one of his own, he is the founder and former publisher and editor of the most widely circulated snowboard magazine in Jackson Hole, Wyoming which still exists today 20 years later after a successful exit in 2012. Most recently, Jesse founded and successfully operated a unique new streaming platform in the Hudson Valley region of New York, highlighting local filmmakers, artists and business owners by creating a range of compelling video content, working with a wide array of talented local artists to help them shine.
As a director, cinematographer, editor, and entrepreneur, Jesse truly understands the process of creating compelling visuals, as well as how to manage them to completion. By participating in all facets of the production process, it creates an important feedback loop that ensures Jesse will have his eyes on each stage of the project. It also gives him invaluable insight into how to keep improving his craft, and he constantly looks to bring these insights into future projects to deliver the best quality results and experience.
When he’s not working on a film/video project or honing his skill set, Jesse is an enthusiastic outdoorsman, often drawing inspiration for his craft from the beauty of nature. He now makes the Hudson Valley home, spending his free time doing yoga, mountain biking, working in the garden and enjoying the natural beauty of the area, along with his soon to be wife and their soon to be son.
Jesse's the main principle behind the production company, but he uses the word “we” throughout since many times he works with others to pull it off. Jesse can work on a project solo or can bring together an entire crew from pre-production to post-production to bring your vision to life.
